Having trouble printing in colour to a Toshiba networked colour printer. All other programs on computer can print colour on this printer except QlikView client v.10. It prints in grey scale only even though colour is selected in the print properties. Any thoughts? Is this a QlikView 10 issue or a printer driver issue. I am using the latest Toshiba drivers for this printer.

  • QlikConnect Hi John, You should check the color tab of the object that is printing in black/white. The checkbox "Use Paterns instead of Colors" will probably be selected. When you de-select this you should be able to print in color. Good luck.

  • QlikConnect Hi John, The QlikView 10 ieplugin can be found in the QlikView 10 Server directory (e.g. Qliview\Server\QvSetupPlugin.exe). We also checked the download site of QlikView but there doesn't seem to be a download for the ieplugin for release 10,

    • JohnThank you. I found it on the server but was having difficulty getting the plug in to work in IE8. You are right the website has only version 9 distributable available as of yesterday. Client install documentation for V.10 would be appreciated......John

  • John Does anybody have a link to setting up and deploying the IE plugin for QlikView 10? Documentation for client install of the plug in would be very helpful. John

  • John Hi, I'm the 'computer dude' at my place of business and have just installed a QlikView server and I'm trying to learn all I can about it. What a totally cool app this is - can't wait to get it in full use here. John
